So I have neglecting this blog, and today I finally figured out how to change the Admin to my new 'Hamman' e-mail address. Well, I just checked, and the countdown is at 40 days until we will be arriving in California and HOPEFULLY getting the keys to our new house! I am beyond excited! It is a good thing there are holidays this month to keep us busy! I am ready to pack up and drive today! =)
We are still trying to figure out what we are doing to get the rest of our belongings out west. We already took a car-full and stuffed uhaul, however we still have a large amount of things here. Hubby is probably going to be pulling another uhaul out when he comes, along with our 2 SUV's full of stuff! We have a lot of stuff, and not even all of it yet. Still need to buy more furniture and such when we get settled in! Next move will definitely consist of a Military based move...aka we take the necessary stuff with us, and they move all the rest!
This week is my last week in MO for a few weeks. I will be spending Saturday in Emporia doing the Hamman family Christmas and a graduation party. Hoping to get some baking and cooking done when I am home. I promised my nephews we would make a decorate cookies. So I need to find a fun recipe for us! I also have some crafts lined up, maybe Mom can teach me how to use the sewing machine.. I tend to get them all gunked up when I run it! So keep an eye on my other blog for some tutorials and fun recipes!
